Qualifications
- Completed theological studies or degree from the seminary for church professions or BPAÖ or Institute for Religious Training with additional qualifications for AH-seminary care.
- Professional experience in relevant field of AH-seminary care or willingness to acquire such qualifications.
- Adaptive physical and mental condition.
Pay
Min. € 3.797,00 brutto monthly (G7) upon full-time employment.
Schedule
The employment is governed by the collective agreement of the Archdiocese of Linz. If necessary competencies are not yet available at the start of service, a vocational guidance qualification for the ministry of seminary care may be possible. Employment then takes place as a Seminary Care Interests person (min. € 3.153,00 brutto monthly (G5) upon full-time employment) or as a Seminary Care Minister in training (min. € 3.426,00 brutto monthly (G6) upon full-time employment).
A higher salary is possible upon proof of valid prior service time. For new hires, the employment relationship is initially standardised to a 12-month probation period. In the event of structural changes, tasks can be adjusted.
