Responsibilities
- Orients, trains, and manages transport personnel.
- Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care.
- Maintains positive relations with referring and receiving departments and nursing units.
- Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and upgrading of policies, procedures, and skills of personnel.
Requirements
- Eligible for medical command in the Commonwealth of PA.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required).
- Basic Life Support (Required).
- Paramedic Certification (Required).
- Drivers License (Required).
- EMS Vehicle Operator (Required).
- Critical Care Paramedic Certification (Preferred).
- Natl Reg. Emergency Med Techs (Preferred).
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (Preferred).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Preferred).
