Responsibilities

• Captain of Hospitality: Ensure every guest feels welcomed from lounge to banquet, coach and train the team, and keep each shift running smoothly.
• Operations & Compliance Guru: Uphold grooming, safety, and certification standards, including Food Handler, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid requirements.
• Admin Ace: Manage payroll, scheduling, and reporting; track staff hours and productivity.
• Quality & Promotions Pro: Maintain food quality and presentation, create promotions, and oversee inventory and beverage purchasing.
• Communication & Problem‑Solving Hero: Keep staff informed, address guest requests or concerns promptly, and ensure satisfaction.
• General Go‑Getter: Analyze reports, attend meetings, and step in wherever needed with versatility and positivity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality, or a relevant college degree with related experience.
• Proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; strong financial and arithmetic skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure.
