About The ALM Division The Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) division of Vantage MedTech focuses on modernizing how regulated and non-regulated organizations design, develop, validate, and maintain complex products. We help companies select, implement, and scale ALM, PLM, and QMS platforms to manage product design activities across requirements, risk, verification, validation, and traceability. Our team delivers end-to-end lifecycle solutions, including: Platform selection and architecture designSecure cloud hosting (AWS and hybrid environments)System implementation, configuration, and validationUser training, adoption, and change managementOngoing managed services and operational support **This is a hybrid opportunity. This position is based in Lyndhurst, NJ. We do not offer relocation assistance. Responsibilities: Act as main point of contact for clients, providing Polarion support and facilitating interactions between customer IT department, Sterling Medical Devices, and SiemensWork with clients to understand and prioritize requirementsProvide general administration support (configuration, workflows, reports, templates, access, permissions, etc.) to clientsProvide user training, develop and document best practices, and identify/implement process improvementsUpdate template/project configurations, workflows, and work item meta dataCoordinate security and software updates with internal IT and SiemensAddressing backup, performance, and archiving of data with internal IT and SiemensDeveloping dashboards and Live Reports that support engineering and managing needsWork with internal engineering teams to define and implement processes that support the following activities for information stored within Polarion: approvals/signoff, configuration/change management, requirements management, test management, and project managementPartner with Polarian sales staff to provide technical demos act as subject matter expert for prospectsDraft requirements and test cases to validate systems and complete reports Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in a technical disciplinePrevious job experience with application lifecycle management tools, Polarion preferred Familiarity with Java, AWS cloud, Microsoft TFS, and Linux is a plus Experience with waterfall project management methodologies Good understanding of development and operational and processes within a company Extensive experience with product development methodologies and engineering lifecycle activities Required Skills: Ability to lead and promote change in an environment of rapidly changing technologies and business processes Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills Must be proactive and able to work with little or no supervision Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate to various levels of management, internal business partners, and external suppliers Flexibility, willingness to learn, and a demonstrated ability to come up to speed quickly on new technologies and technical issues Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Top Benefits/Perks: As a team member at Vantage MedTech, you’ll enjoy: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insuranceGenerous Paid Time OffCompany retirement plan with matching Vantage MedTech values a diverse team and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
