About the role

As an Allstate Sales Agent, you’ll grow your own book of business, build strong relationships in your community, and help people protect what matters most. This is a hybrid role, where you’ll spend time on-site, but are also able to enjoy a flexible work arrangement based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by engaging with interested prospective customers
  • No cold calling—Connect through inbound calls and proactive outbound calls with active insurance shoppers
  • Guide clients through important insurance decisions with personalized advice that helps them get the protection they need
  • Stay active locally by attending events and partnering with community organizations
  • Maintain consistent sales activity to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Nurture relationships that lead to long-term business and repeat referrals

Requirements

  • A results-driven, target-focused mindset with proven success meeting sales goals
  • Experience growing your own pipeline with the motivation to expand your network community outreach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust quickly
  • Comfort with prospecting and lead generation
  • Ability to become licensed (or already licensed) to sell insurance in your province
  • Sales experience in insurance or another relationship-focused field
