About the role

The Good Hands Rescue Network (GHRN) Onboarding Consultant I supports the onboarding process for candidates interested in joining GHRN. Key responsibilities include engaging with candidates through proactive follow-up outreach, responding to inbound inquiries, guiding candidates through the onboarding journey, assessing candidate equipment, and coordinating skills validation appointments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates through proactive follow-up outreach to support their interest in joining the Good Hands Rescue Network.
• Respond to inbound inquiries from individuals seeking information or assistance with the application process.
• Guide qualified gig-work candidates through the onboarding journey, ensuring they complete all required steps efficiently and successfully.
• Assess candidate roadside assistance tools and equipment to verify they meet established safety and performance standards.
• Cover skills validation appointments for candidates progressing through the Good Hands Rescue Network onboarding process.

Requirements

Benefits

Compensation offered for this role is $53,500.00 - $84,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications. The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
