Allrounder*in Sicherheitsdienst (m/w/d) Region Luzern

About the role

We are looking for flexible individuals to support our teams in the Lucerne area, occasionally in Zurich, Schwyz, or Aargau, across various security-related tasks. Your assignments will depend on your skills, availability, and suitability.

• Security guarding of various objects, both indoors and outdoors (construction sites, industrial areas, etc.)
• Patrol services and interventions (8 to 9-hour shifts between 5:00 PM and 7:00 AM)
• Concierge and reception services as a representative
• Parking and traffic services
• Access control, as well as person and property checks
• Event support (individually or in a team)
• Patrol and order services in the Zurich region (if you have experience in security and additional language skills)
• Industrial security in the cantons of Schwyz or Aargau

We offer both full-time and part-time positions. You will be supported by our experienced teams in your new role.

Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Clean criminal and debt enforcement record
• Valid Category B driver’s license and your own vehicle (expenses reimbursed according to the collective labor agreement for the security industry)

Qualifications

Your scope of duties can expand if you also meet the following:

• French and/or English language skills
• Experience in security, administration, or retail
• Willingness to work in the Lucerne region
• Additional skills you can bring to the team

You are a team player but can also work independently, are resilient, and maintain composure under pressure. Quick comprehension and a strong sense of orientation help you manage diverse tasks. Punctuality, reliability, and a service-oriented attitude are essential.
