About the role

BAVET is a spaghetti concept created to bring people together as a shared community. We're hosting delicious spaghetti dinners served with the right amount of happiness, yet rock'n roll. Within BAVET, a great customer experience is key. As an All-round employee, you are a true hospitality hero who welcomes guests with a big smile and ensures the perfect "saucy" experience for every customer. In addition, you are co-responsible for our delicious spaghetti bowls, whipping up the perfect spaghetti on the table in no time in a shining environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wonderful customer experience: welcome guests with a beaming smile, bring energy, and serve awesome spaghetti bowls with consistent quality.
• Be a real team player who creates a pleasant yet productive working environment; efficiency, quality, and cleanliness are crucial.
• Monitor and direct new job students and room staff as needed.
• Keep a close eye on stock and ensure it is sufficient at all times.
• Maintain a shining restaurant both front and back of house; hygiene, quality, and cleanliness are crucial.
• Act as a true waste warrior.
• Embrace opportunities for personal growth and improvement daily; constantly look for ways to advance and do better.

Requirements

• Born host and team player.
• Previous hospitality experience.
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, and positive team player who wants customers to enjoy the best possible experience.
• Strong people skills, sociable, with good communication skills.
• Organized and structured mindset; stress is not a problem.
• Highly value safety and hygiene.
• Flexible and willing to work weekends.
