About The Job We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Allocator to join our Allocation and Merchandising Systems team. This position will report to a Senior Planner and is focused on achieving one or more product categories and support the Planner in achieving company goals through inventory management for their assigned product categories. Candidate should be excited about learning the allocation tools and building new skills. Some retail experience and a strong math acumen preferred. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities Execute accurate and timely allocations to support inventory plans and store service levelsWork with Planners and Buyers to develop allocation strategiesWork with stores and DC to ensure product availabilityMonitor purchase ordersMonitor allocation effectivenessManage DC inventory to determine business needsMake recommendations to plan continuous improvementSupport cross functional teams by providing reports and ad hoc analysis What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business or related field2 years’ retail experience preferredSound analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong ability in Microsoft Excel and database applications; including building spreadsheets ad hoc and creating macrosMicroStrategy reporting ability a plusExtremely detail oriented and willing to analyze down to the lowest levelAbility to work closely with a diverse group of people Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered.
