Description of Duties
- Build, develop, and support working relationships with cross-functional in-person and/or virtual teams by facilitating proactive business management, communication, issue resolution as well as driving key decisions.
- Partners with other business units by providing lead time and production planning guidance that support communication of supply chain challenges and to provide recommendations in support of meeting company objectives.
- Strives for process improvements by developing, measuring, and monitoring critical metrics and KPI’s.
- Drives the execution of product placement plans to deliver KPI targets.
- Communicates insights and alternatives when faced with supply chain challenges or data to support decision-making.
- Analyzes industry trends and data in supply chain to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
- Capable of frequent or ad hoc supply and/or demand shifts that require new analysis to support decision making.
- Develop and maintain reports/analysis that support prompt and succinct formats using Tableau for distribution to key stakeholders and/or Leadership.
- Supports ongoing Business Planning and other cross-divisional stakeholders with inventory planning.
Summary of Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience in Supply Chain or Inventory/Supply Planning
- Fundamental understanding of various forecast methodologies both quantitative and qualitative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically
- Strong visualization and PowerPoint skills
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple competing deliverables
- Extremely detail- and process-oriented
- Strong MS Office (Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) experience
- Experience with allocation solution software preferred
- Oracle EBS and Business Intelligence, Inventory, Agile, Tableau, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Confluence experience helpful but not required
- Import/Customs experience helpful but not required
- Project Management skills helpful but not required
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience
- APICS and/or IBF (SCM) certification an advantage
