About the role

Join our dynamic rehabilitation team as a Physical Therapist (PT) dedicated to helping patients regain movement, strength, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with injuries, surgeries, chronic illnesses, or neurological conditions
• Performing functional evaluations and developing evidence-based treatment plans
• Providing hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and patient education for continued progress at home
• Collaborating with physicians, occupational therapists, and care team members to ensure coordinated rehabilitation

Requirements

• BLS certification
• Minimum of one year of experience
• Strong communication skills and creativity in tailoring therapy
• Passion for patient recovery and empowerment
