Role Summary

In this Alliances position at Leena AI, you will own one of our most strategic partnerships and be measured, above all, on partner-sourced pipeline. You'll build Leena AI's presence across IBM and its ecosystem, aligning IBM's teams and our own to turn a marquee relationship into scaled, repeatable revenue. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, operates with urgency and ownership, and builds trust across large, matrixed organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Leena AI's engagement, credibility, and growth across IBM and its ecosystem.
• Own partner-sourced pipeline as your top metric — from IBM, IBM ecosystem partners, and other partnerships.
• Collaborate across the major IBM divisions. IBM Technology (most importantly watsonx Orchestrate) and IBM Consulting.
• Map key IBM teams and build the relationships that keep Leena AI top of mind.
• Organize and present enablement sessions for IBM sales, delivery, and other key teams.
• Engage IBM sales teams on account strategy, mapping, and joint execution.
• Drive Leena AI's participation in IBM user conferences and internal IBM events.
• Build joint value propositions and co-sell plays, and recruit and activate IBM ecosystem partners.
• Partner internally with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, Marketing, and our Executive team.

Requirements

• Extensive, recent experience working with IBM — either as an IBM partner or as an IBM employee.
• 8+ years in strategic alliances, channel, or partnerships at an enterprise SaaS or AI/tech company.
• Proven track record of driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
• Deep understanding of co-sell and partner GTM motions in large, matrixed organizations.
• Skilled at partner mapping, enablement, and aligning field teams on joint execution.
• Executive presence, comfortable moving from field co-selling to leadership-level strategy.
• Self-directed and thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
