Alliance Partnerships Manager

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info; remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". So we need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role / Team and Role: "Logitech is the Sweet Spot... The Team and Role: The North America Alliance Sales team drives our co-sell motions across both our alliance and channel partner ecosystems. This team consistently challenges the status quo and delivers exciting programs and offers to market. The Alliance Partnerships Manager is responsible for engagement across the key business vectors of our direct sales team(s), our channel partners, and directly with our Alliance ecosystem field teams." - Your Contribution: "Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. Collaborate. Challenge. Decide and just Do. Share our passion for Equality and the Environment. These are the behaviors and values you’ll need for success at Logitech." - In this role you will: list of duties. - Key Qualifications: list of minimum skills/experiences. - Preferred Qualifications: list. - Pay: OTE $120K-$263K, higher compensation possible. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Work arrangement: hybrid, remote, etc. Could be Schedule? Not exactly schedule but maybe "Schedule" heading for work arrangement? The instruction says use headings for sections like Benefits, Pay, Schedule. If posting mentions schedule/hybrid remote, we could put under Schedule. However we need to ensure we only include sections with real content. The posting mentions: "Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play... most of our jobs are open to work from home from most locations. Our hybrid work model allows some employees to work remotely while others work on-premises. Within this structure, you may have teams or departments split between working remotely and working in-house." That's about work location, not schedule per se. Could be considered Schedule? Might be better to put under a section like "Work Environment" but not in allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes Schedule; we could use Schedule for hybrid/remote info. Or we could omit Schedule if not explicit schedule (like hours). The posting does not mention specific hours or shift schedule. So maybe we skip Schedule. - Also there is a statement about diversity, EEO, accommodation contact, etc. Those are boilerplate to remove. - Also statements about "Don’t meet every single requirement? Not a problem." That's encouraging to apply; could be considered part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's encouraging to apply; could be kept as part of About the role? It's not a list; it's prose. We could keep it under About the role or maybe under a separate section like "Encouragement". But not in allowed headings. Probably we can incorporate into About the role as prose. - Also "We offer comprehensive and competitive benefits packages..." that's benefits again. - Also "We believe that good health means more than getting medical care..." that's wellness; could be part of Benefits. - Also "We can’t wait to tell you more about them being that there are too many to list here and they vary based on location." That's filler; we should avoid. - Also "All qualified applicants will receive consideration..." that's EEO boilerplate; remove. - Also accommodation contact; remove. Thus we need to produce HTML with sections: maybe About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (Key Qualifications), Preferred Qualifications (maybe under Qualifications?), Benefits, Pay. Could combine Key and Preferred under Qualifications? But instruction says use headings for sections like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Could have separate sections for Key Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications? Might be better to have a Qualifications section with sublists? But we must follow instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Possibly Skills separate? The posting mentions skills in qualifications; we could put under Qualifications. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities (In this role you will: ...) we need a
. For Key Qualifications (minimum skills) also a
. For Preferred Qualifications also a
            . For Benefits also a
. For Pay maybe just a

(since it's a range). For About the role maybe a

              (or multiple

). For Your Contribution (behaviors) maybe a

              or

                ? It's a list of behaviors; could be a
. But heading? Could be part of About the role? Might be better to have a separate section "Values and Behaviors" but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role as prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state Pay (OTE) and Benefits. So include those. We must not create Schedule section unless posting states schedule. It does not state specific schedule/hours, only hybrid/remote. Might be considered schedule? I'd skip Schedule. Thus final HTML:

                  Pay

This position offers an OTE (On Target Earnings) of typically between $120K and $263K dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.

We should also maybe include a note about hybrid/remote work? Could be under a separate heading like "Work Environment" but not allowed. Could incorporate into About the role as a paragraph. Let's add a paragraph after About the role: "Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play. We help teams collaborate/learn from anywhere, without compromising on productivity or continuity so it should be no surprise that most of our jobs are open to work from home from most locations. Our hybrid work model allows some employees to work remotely while others work on-premises. Within this structure, you may have teams or departments split between working remotely and working in-house." That's substantive. Not boilerplate. So add as a

under About the role. Also "Logitech is an amazing place to work because it is full of authentic people who are inclusive by nature as well as by design. Being a global company, we value our diversity and celebrate all our differences." That's also substantive about culture; could be added to About the role. Also "Don’t meet every single requirement? Not a problem. If you feel you are the right candidate for the opportunity, we strongly recommend that you apply. We want to meet you!" That's encouraging; could be added to About the role as well. But we must avoid boilerplate EEO etc. Those lines are not EEO; they are encouraging. Keep them. Thus About the role may have multiple

elements. Let's craft final HTML. Check for any leftover boilerplate: "We offer comprehensive and competitive benefits packages and working environments that are designed to be flexible and help you to care for yourself and your loved ones, now and in the future." That's benefits-ish but we already have benefits list; could be added as a

under Benefits? Might be redundant but it's substantive. Could add a

after Benefits list. Also "We believe that good health means more than getting medical care when you need it. Logitech supports a culture that encourages individuals to achieve good physical, financial, emotional, intellectual and social wellbeing so we all can create, achieve and enjoy more and support our families." That's also benefits/wellness; could be added under Benefits as a

. Also "We can’t wait to tell you more about them being that there are too many to list here and they vary based on location." That's filler; we should avoid. Thus after Benefits list, we can add a

summarizing that benefits vary by location and are designed to be flexible. But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can keep that sentence as is? It says "
