Alliance Partnerships Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Alliance Partnerships Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead alliance strategy and partner-driven sales efforts across collaboration and communications solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to expand market reach, shape go-to-market plans, and drive adoption of new technology offerings. This position is highly cross-functional and will play a key role in enabling partner success, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

Compensation: $120,000 – $263,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the partner ecosystem
• Drive sales initiatives for video, personal workspace, and services portfolios
• Define and execute co-sales activities for room-based collaboration deployments
• Collaborate to create new programs, promotions, and offers
• Develop sales enablement content supporting collaboration with strategic technology partners
• Establish go-to-market strategy for new room-based collaboration technology

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Extensive experience with direct enterprise and/or channel sales
• Willingness to travel for customer, partner, and industry events
• Highly proficient in delivering remote and live customer demonstrations preferred
• Understanding of the Microsoft Teams Rooms ecosystem preferred
• Technical acumen in video communications services preferred
• Ability to travel 50% of the time preferred
