  • Assist in the alliance management of global PPPs by monitoring project progress, KPIs, milestones, risks, and proactively addressing issues.
  • Ensure effective coordination and internal alignment across R&D, Legal, Corporate Affairs, External Innovation, and senior management stakeholders.
  • Prepare analyses, executive partnership briefs, meeting materials, and internal communications to support decision-making and maintain transparency.
  • Update and maintain reporting dashboards, documentation tools, financial tracking, and performance indicators for the PPP portfolio.
  • Support the preparation, negotiation, and implementation of complex public private consortia involving US and global partners.
  • Provide periodic reporting on project status, progress, and financials, ensuring timely follow-up, tracking, and issue escalation when needed.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of full-time work experience in biotech/pharmaceutical sectors and/or the drug development process.
  • Experience in alliance or project management, contracting, or intellectual property management is a plus.

Skills

  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders and build cross-functional and external relationships.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and an excellent team player.
  • Willing to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in science, medical, or pharmaceutical fields.
  • Additional Master of Business Administration or other business/legal degree is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Benefits

  • Be part of a pioneering biopharma company where patient insights shape drug development.
  • Work at the forefront of AI-powered science that accelerates discovery and improves outcomes.
  • Collaborate with diverse, multidisciplinary teams to spark new ideas.
  • Support a company that brings life-changing treatments to millions and is committed to doing right by patients, communities, and the planet.
