Allentown Field Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Field Representative to join our energetic team. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for retail partners, distributors, and HVAC contractors, supporting a rebate program that promotes energy-efficient solutions. The Field Representative will work from home while traveling throughout their assigned Allentown-area territory.

Responsibilities

• Represent CLEAResult and program partners at retail locations, distributor sites, and contractor offices
• Conduct in-store merchandising checks and verify rebate program materials
• Host table events and educate store associates and customers on energy-efficient products
• Follow a weekly schedule of assigned site visits while optimizing daily routing
• Train partners on product specifications and program requirements
• Accurately document interactions, site visits, and program compliance activities
• Build strong relationships to increase program engagement and participation
• Identify new account opportunities and support account growth

Requirements

• 0–2 years of retail, merchandising, or field support experience preferred
• High School Diploma or Associate Degree required
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel daily within territory
