About the role

We are seeking experienced candidates to develop, execute, and maintain training for All-Source Intelligence Analysts (35F) in the U.S. Army. This role supports the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence's mission to develop doctrinally founded Military Intelligence professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Instruct and train personnel from prepared course materials
  • Develop requisite training materials, products, and documentation
  • Aid in the evolution of curricula and Program of Instruction (POI)
  • Aid in keeping all aspects of course curricula current, relevant, and effective according to modern tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
  • Attend a variety of working groups, IPRs, and other meetings when required
  • Responsible for all assigned contract deliverables and assignments
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to 35F intelligence operations
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience with Military Map Reading, Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPoE), Military Symbology, targeting, and the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to prepare and conduct briefings and produce analytical writing
  • Possesses experience operating current automated Intelligence Information Processing Systems
  • Must have 4 years of MOS operational experience as a 35F, 350F, or 35D (or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or other U.S. Government agency) conducting all-source intelligence operations in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years
  • Must have completed one applicable military course (i.e., ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, or MICCC)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills and familiar with the Army Writing Style
  • Able to meet all requirements to be issued a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Must be a United States Citizen
  • Must possess a minimum of an Interim Top Secret Security Clearance and be able to maintain an active Top Secret Security Clearance

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
  • Instructor certified (i.e., a Common Faculty Development Instructor Course (CFDIC) or government / military branch equivalent graduate)
  • Four years of experience in the formulation, assessment, and execution of training requirements and alternatives (platform instruction, distance learning, blended training, interactive multimedia instruction)

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
  • Instructor certified (i.e., a Common Faculty Development Instructor Course (CFDIC) or government / military branch equivalent graduate)
  • Four years of experience in the formulation, assessment, and execution of training requirements and alternatives (platform instruction, distance learning, blended training, interactive multimedia instruction)
