About the role
As an Army National Guard Intelligence Analyst, you will interpret and exploit information gathered from or about the threat to support the combat commander. You will prepare all-source intelligence products, assess the significance and reliability of incoming intelligence, establish and maintain systematic intelligence records, and integrate information with current holdings.
Responsibilities
- Preparing all-source intelligence products to support the combat commander
- Absessing the significance and reliability of incoming intelligence collection
- Establishing and maintaining systematic, cross-reference intelligence records and files
- Providing ISR Synchronization support
- Processing incoming reports and messages
- Determining the significance and reliability of incoming information
- Integrating incoming information with current intelligence holdings
- Preparing and maintaining enemy situational graphics
Qualifications
Specific qualifications include:
- At least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or GED certificate
- Between the ages of 17 and 35
- Pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards

Skills
Skills required include:
- Critical thinking
- The ability to use sophisticated mapping tools, intelligence networks, and systems to identify the evolving threat on the battlefield
- Gather information utilizing premier digital and analytical tools to create products for the Commander
- An interest in reading maps and charts
