About the role
CGS is seeking a skilled All-Source Intelligence Analyst – Senior to serve as the right-hand to client and internal leadership, providing subject-matter expertise in intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff
- Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements
- Possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations) and the proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required and specified in the qualifications below
- Maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones
- Enforce requirements, focus the team of intelligence analysts, and ensure quality control of products
- Direct the analytical team in identifying trends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments to meet specific customer requirements
- Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis
- Aid in directing requirements, focusing the team of intelligence analysts, and ensuring quality control of products
- Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders including CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis and support to targeting
- Produce intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle
Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level
- Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends
- Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools
- Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI
