All-Source Analyst / Technical Targeter

Location: McLean, VA – on-site (relocation assistance not available). Full-time, day shift, no travel. Minimum clearance required: TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph.

About the role

Rapid Cycle Solutions LLC (RCS) is seeking an All-Source Analyst / Technical Targeter to provide mission-critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC). In this role, you will review, analyze, and respond to requests for analytic products covering national and global topics, serving as an expert in all-source intelligence analysis. You will support a blended government and contractor team with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data research and analysis using customer targeting tools to facilitate operations.
• Design and tailor products/deliverables based on tactical and strategic needs and deadlines.
• Mentor new targeters on projects, workflows, and tools.
• Test new solutions to meet targeting needs.
• Design new tools for data scientists to build for targeters.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph (required).
• U.S. Citizenship (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience in lieu of degree.
• 6+ years of experience across technical competencies such as analysis, network engineering, network security, vulnerability assessment, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, cyber operations, and/or computer exploitation.
• Experience with tools such as TDNA, DNEA, CNDA, EA, etc.
• Experience with tradecraft, tools, and operations.
• Proficiency in open-source research and applications.
• Experience ingesting large datasets.
• Scripting using Excel, Python, or similar technologies.
• Extracting data using SQL, Presto, S3, or similar technologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Elasticsearch, Kibana, or Tableau.

Nice to have

• Experience across multiple intelligence disciplines (INTs).
• Demonstrated knowledge of microelectronics and semiconductors.
• Foreign language proficiency in speaking, reading, and/or listening.
