All-Source Analyst
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (the introductory paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (list). Preferred Qualifications maybe part of Qualifications? Could combine but we can have Qualifications section with both required and preferred? The rules: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can include Qualifications and maybe Skills (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities). Benefits present. Pay present (Estimated Salary/Wage). Schedule not present, so omit. Also we have "How you’ll grow" maybe not a standard heading; could be omitted or could be considered "Professional Development" but not in list; better to omit as not requested. Also "Chenega MIOS’s culture", "Corporate citizenship", "Chenega MIOS News", "Tips from your Talent Acquisition Team" are boilerplate? They are not standard sections; we should remove as per instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Those sections are not boilerplate but they are extra info; but they are not in allowed headings; we should probably omit them to keep only substantive sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Also maybe "Preferred Qualifications" could be under Qualifications.
We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must include all details from those sections.
Let's extract:

About the role
. Responsibilities: list bullet points after "Responsibilities". We'll capture each line starting with a verb. We'll put each assaying "Preferred qualifications:" then list. But better to keep as part of Qualifications section with both required and preferred; but we need to preserve all info. We'll include them as separate
Skills
with list of abilities. Benefits: section after "Benefits". Includes paragraphs about culture, corporate citizenship, news, tips etc. But we need to include only substantive benefits; the description includes culture, corporate citizenship, news, tips. Those are not typical benefits like health insurance etc. But they are still part of Benefits section. We should include all content under Benefits heading as paragraphs. However we must remove boilerplate like navigation etc. The Benefits section includes: "At Chenega MIOS, we know that great people make a great organization. We value our team members and offer them a broad range of benefits. Learn more about what working at Chenega MIOS can mean for you." Then subsections: Chenega MIOS’s culture, Corporate citizenship, Chenega MIOS News-, Tips from your Talent Acquisition Team. Those are not typical benefits but they are part of the Benefits section as given. We should keep them. Pay: section includes "Estimated Salary/Wage USD $144,800.00/Yr. Up to USD $185,000.00/Yr." We'll put that in aunder
Pay
. Schedule: not present, omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's construct. We'll need to escape any HTML special characters like &, <, >. The text includes ampersand in "UXS"? No. It includes "TS/SCI". That's fine. Also includes "$". That's fine. We'll produce:About the role

- for qualifications, and within that we can have
- items for each qualification, including preferred ones as separate
- . We don't need a nested list. So we will just add each preferred qualification as its own
- . We'll add a preceding
- maybe "Preferred Qualifications:" as a label? That would be odd. Instead we can just add them as normal
- items; the distinction is not required. We'll just list them all.
Thus Qualifications
- with all items: required and preferred.
Let's list all:
