All-Source Analyst
About the role
As a defense industries all-source analyst, you will use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors. You will provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements, producing strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, testing, evaluation, and production of weapon systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities
- Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements
- Develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
- Use your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats
- Share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring
Requirements
- Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
- TS/SCI clearance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
Skills
- Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
- TS/SCI clearance

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
