All-Source Analyst
About the role
As an all-source analyst, you will provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Your role involves developing products and analytic assessments to give clients the actionable intelligence and context they need.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce intelligence products following all-source analytic tradecraft standards, including ICD 203 and 206.
- Coordinate intelligence production with PIRs, campaign plans, OPLANs, and CONPLANs.
- Brief senior military and government officials on intelligence findings.
- Synthesize information from multi-source reporting and tools to perform time-critical research and finished intelligence production.
- Review and prepare finished intelligence products for technical compliance and dissemination.
- Lead and mentor other analysts to enhance your expertise and broaden your skillset.
Requirements
- Experience with writing and reviewing products for all-source analytic tradecraft standards, including ICD 203 and 206.
- Experience with coordinating intelligence production with PIRs, campaign plans, OPLANs, and CONPLANs.
- Experience briefing senior military and government officials.
- Experience synthesizing information from multi-INT reporting and tools to perform time-critical research and finished intelligence production.
- Knowledge of finished intelligence drafting, production, and dissemination processes.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field, or 6+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis in lieu of a degree.

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Our work model supports collaboration and engagement, with employees expected to have their cameras on during meetings. Depending on the position, you may work remotely, at a Booz Allen facility, or at a customer facility.
