All Ripken Games Baseball Coach (Myrtle Beach) - 8/20-8/23

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach assigned All-Ripken Games teams during practices and games
• Create a positive, instructional, and competitive environment for athletes
• Provide position-specific instruction and player feedback
• Manage lineups, substitutions, and pitch counts in accordance with event rules
• Ensure equal playing time and adherence to All-Ripken roster guidelines
• Collaborate with Field Coordinators, umpires, and event staff to maintain smooth game flow
• Uphold all player safety standards and tournament rules
• Serve as a positive ambassador of the All-Ripken and Unrivaled Sports brand

Qualifications

• Required: High School or Collegiate coaching experience (Baseball or Softball)
• Required: High School or Collegiate-level playing experience or higher
• Preferred: Strong understanding of player development, game strategy, and positional instruction
• Preferred: Prior experience coaching elite youth athletes or showcase events
• Preferred: Ability to effectively communicate with athletes, parents, and event staff
• Preferred: Professional demeanor and strong leadership presence
• Preferred: Passion for teaching, mentorship, and athlete development
