Core Responsibilities

• Platform Configuration: Set up and maintain ALIP products, business rules, and system workflows.
• Policy & Billing Management: Manage and fine-tune system configurations specific to policy administration and billing modules.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct rigorous testing to validate configurations, ensuring accuracy and system integrity before release.
• Deployment Support: Assist the broader technical teams in executing smooth, error-free system deployments.

What We Are Looking For

• Solid experience working directly with the Accenture Life Insurance Platform (ALIP).
• Strong understanding of life insurance policy lifecycle and billing processes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and validate complex technical rules.
