Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging lectures on various algebra topics.
• Develop curriculum and lesson plans to meet the educational needs of students.
• Assess student learning through assignments, exams, and other methods.
• Provide academic support and guidance to students outside of class.
• Stay current with developments in the field of algebra and continuously improve teaching methods.
• Participate in departmental meetings and academic committees as required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Mathematics or a related field.
• Previous experience teaching algebra at the college or university level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of algebra concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.
• Dedication to student success and academic achievement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive learning environment.
