About the role
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Manage HR policies and procedures to ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes, including advertising, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and providing guidance on workplace issues
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality
- Coordinate training and development programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
