About the role

The Alcohol Server Worker is responsible for serving alcoholic beverages at University of Southern Mississippi athletic events. Individuals in this role are required to complete an approved alcohol service training course and obtain certification before serving alcohol at any event.

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic beverages at athletic events in accordance with University policies and procedures.
• Successfully complete the required Teams alcohol service training course and obtain certification prior to serving alcohol.
• Verify guest eligibility and place wristbands on individuals who are authorized to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages.

Qualifications

• Food Service Certificate as needed
• Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
• Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure
