Alcohol Cart Attendant

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate mobile alcohol/beverage carts throughout the amphitheatre during concerts and events
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with all local and state alcohol laws
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of beverage carts and work areas
• Restock beverages, cups, ice, and supplies throughout events as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to supervisors
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and alcohol compliance policies
• Aid with setup and breakdown before and after events
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, warehouse staff, supervisors, and event management teams

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Previous food & beverage, bartending, concessions, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to obtain required alcohol service certification (SMART- Alcohol, or equivalent)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and outdoor events in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
