Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC/ADC-T) [St. Cloud]
for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)
2. Use - for lists,
for prose
3. Do NOT repeat job title as heading
4. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings
5. Preserve ALL substantive information
6. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions)
7. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it
8. Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text
9. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them
10. Output ONLY HTML fragment - no /, no markdown code fences
Let me analyze the job posting content:
- Mission Statement (could be "About the role" or similar)
- Job title: Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC/ADC-T)
- Reports To, FLSA Classification, Work Location, Hours, Pay Range - these are metadata
- Job Summary
- Primary Job Duties (list)
- Knowledge & Skills (list)
- Required Qualifications (list)
- Preferred Qualifications (list)
- Work Environment & Physical Requirements (list/prose)
- Continued Education And Training (list)
- What We Offer (benefits)
I need to structure this into appropriate sections. Let me map:
- "About the role" could include mission statement and job summary
- "Responsibilities" for Primary Job Duties
- "Requirements" for Required Qualifications
- "Qualifications" could include Preferred Qualifications
- "Skills" for Knowledge & Skills
- "Benefits" for What We Offer
- "Pay" for Pay Range
- "Schedule" for Hours
- "Work Environment" for Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- "Continued Education" for Continued Education And Training
But I should only include sections with real content. The posting has specific content for all these.
I need to fold minor metadata (Reports To, FLSA Classification, Work Location) into a short
or drop it. The instructions say "fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." I'll include them in a brief paragraph in About the role.
Pay Range is specified: $60,000 - $73,000 annually - so Pay section is warranted.
Hours: Monday - Friday Daytime Hours - Schedule section warranted.
Benefits are detailed in "What We Offer" - Benefits section warranted.
Now, I'll write the HTML fragment.

But note: The instructions say "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". So I should use those exact headings where appropriate.
Also, "Qualifications" and "Requirements" might be similar. The posting has "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". I could combine into "Qualifications" with sub-lists, but the instruction says use - for any list. I'll make "Requirements" for required, and "Qualifications" for preferred? Or maybe "Requirements" for required, and "Preferred Qualifications" as a subsection? But only
headings allowed. I'll do "Requirements" for required, and "Qualifications" for preferred.
But the example headings include both "Requirements" and "Qualifications". I'll use "Requirements" for required qualifications, and "Qualifications" for preferred qualifications.
Now, I need to preserve ALL substantive information. So I must include all bullet points verbatim.

Also "An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the principle and essential functions of the position and shall not be construed as the only duties that may be assigned for the position. Partners Behavioral Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer." - all boilerplate, remove.
Also, the mission statement is at the top. I'll include that in About the role.
Now, write HTML.
I'll start with About the role
