About the role
The HSE Advisor serves as the on-site Health, Safety, and Environmental professional supporting drilling and field operations across the Alaska North Slope.
Responsibilities
- Promote a strong safety culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support incident prevention and investigation efforts
- Provide leadership and coaching to field personnel on safe work practices
- Partner closely with rig management, operations leadership, and client representatives to identify hazards, mitigate risk, and ensure safe execution of all work activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in HSE roles
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering)
- Preferred certifications in HSE or related fields

- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Rotation: 14x14 or 21x21 - subject to change and rig assignment
