Responsibilities

• Install and integrate smart home systems including security, audio/video, home theater, motorized shades, lighting, and Wi-Fi/networking
• Provide technical support and service for residential and commercial clients
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and safety regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications

• Experience in at least one of the following: A/V systems, alarm systems, lighting control, motorized shades, or low-voltage pre-wire
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficiency with smart home technologies and integration platforms
• Knowledge of low-voltage wiring and installation best practices
• Familiarity with home automation protocols (e.g., Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications
