Responsibilities

• Ensure quality care is delivered to each resident by holding a team of caregivers accountable for providing person-centered care and following resident care policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth move-in experiences for each resident.
• Work with the Life Enrichment team to coordinate a life enrichment plan for each resident based on remaining strengths, abilities, interests, skills, physician recommendations, social and restorative goals, and personal care requirements.
• Assist the Health Services Director with staff scheduling, recruitment, and training.
• Assist with compliance with state regulations, safety regulations, and sanitation requirements.

Requirements

• LPN degree from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN license in the state of Washington.
• Willingness to be on-call and provide assistance to medication aides and caregivers when needed.
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• Proficiency with computers, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff, and visitors.

Pay

Starting wage $38.00 per hour and up, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time position with predominantly day shifts, including weekend and holiday rotations.
