About the role
Domino’s Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) must have a positive personality, a clear and highly energetic voice, and be at least 16 years of age or older. They should be people-oriented, comfortable speaking with customers throughout their shift in a welcoming and knowledgeable way, and able to handle various customer-related issues or guests. Product details, services, charges, and other important information are trained during the first 3 weeks of employment.
Responsibilities
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and advertising/"wobble boarding"
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information
- Prepare and package food products
- Collect payment and hand out orders to customers
- Resolve product or service issues by determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related requests as needed
Work environment and physical demands
While performing the duties of this job, the team member may be required to work outdoors in various temperatures, in a noisy environment, near moving mechanical parts, with dangerous equipment or sharp tools, and around fumes, odors, dust, or toxic chemicals. The role can be physically demanding, involving repetitive hand use, prolonged standing, bending, twisting, reaching above shoulder level, crouching, stooping, or kneeling.
Requirements
- Be 16 years or older
- Be attentive to detail
- Be customer-oriented, friendly, and energetic with a bubbly personality
- Have cash management skills (basic math)
- Be willing to learn and comfortable performing other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed
- Work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise (WA minor labor laws apply for workers aged 16–17)
Pay
Pay range: $17.13–$17.63 per hour. Raises are possible in $0.25 increments up to $1.00 over minimum wage based on performance evaluations by Regional Supervisors. CSRs may also receive daily or bi-weekly tips via an in-store tip pool.
