About the role
Reno Airstream Adventures, a proud member of Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD), is now hiring a Sales Representative. Located in Reno, NV, the ideal candidate will have open availability to work any shift during department hours, to be discussed at the interview.
Department Hours
Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

What You'll Do
- Learn all RV categories; tent trailer, fifth wheels, trailers, and luxury motorhomes.
- Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories.
- Attend product and training courses.
- Present preliminary used vehicle appraisals, Airstream unit attributes, model options, features and advise on towing requirements.
- Present purchase and finance options and store policies and all other value-added services to guests.
- Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Track guests using store specific management system/s.
- Prepare departmental reports and metrics.
- May cross train to perform other duties.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in RV sales, is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and working knowledge of computers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Total Rewards
The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,480 to $121,200, which includes commissions on individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit, department net and/or bonus opportunities such as gross achievement, manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
