Responsibilities

• Learn all RV categories; tent trailer, fifth wheels, trailers, and luxury motorhomes.
• Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
• Present preliminary used vehicle appraisals, Airstream unit attributes, model options, features, and advise on towing requirements.
• Present purchase and finance options, store policies, and all other value-added services to guests.
• Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers. Track guests using store-specific management system/s.
• Prepare departmental reports and metrics.
• May cross-train to perform other duties.

Requirements

• Experience in RV sales is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills and working knowledge of computers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.

Pay

Base + Commission; estimated annual earnings of $62,400 - $150,000

Schedule

Full-time schedule with two days off. The ideal candidate will have open availability to work any shift during department hours; to be discussed at interview.

Department Hours: Monday - Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
