Airports Planning Project Manager

About the role

Lead Master Plans and Environmental Reviews and provide planning support throughout design and construction of airport projects. Lead the pursuits of work in Texas, including client pursuit strategy, proposal writing, project scoping and contracting. Mentor less experienced planning staff. Manage multi-disciplined teams supporting planning projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning support throughout design and construction of airport projects

• Mentor less experienced planning staff
• Manage multi-disciplined teams supporting planning projects

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading master plans at general and commercial airports
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with our team of Airport Planning project managers
• Experience planning team workloads, mentorship, team best practices, tracking industry guidance/changes, etc.
• Able to support general aviation project planning for existing clients in general and commercial spaces across multiple geographies

Qualifications

• Experience with TXDOT projects and relationships with TXDOT staff and TX Airports

Preferred Qualifications

Skills

• Ability to work successfully as a seller-doer

Benefits

This opportunity offers base compensation in the range of $95,000 and $130,000 based on skill set and experience. Full benefits package available.
