Schedule
- Full-Time: Monday–Thursday, 2pm–12am
- Varying hours including weekends, evenings, nights, holidays, and special events as needed.

About the Role
The Valet Shift Lead oversees the Valet operation, under the direction of the location Manager, to ensure staff create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and clients. The Valet Lead supports operational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Ensures staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies, and procedures.
- Supervises, mentors, and trains staff on day-to-day activities.
- Assists in establishing performance standards and recommends procedural changes when necessary.
- Serves as a liaison and primary point of contact for client, operation management, and staff.
- Promotes good customer relations by providing first-class customer service with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help.
- Greets and assists customers in a timely and professional manner (ideally by name).
- Resolves customer service issues or questions; processes and reports any customer issues, accidents, or incidents on shift.
- Runs reports related to daily revenue, credit cards, garage data, or other reports requested by management.
- Provides operational and technical training as needed.
- Greets customers by name, responds promptly to correspondence, and resolves problems with a caring attitude.
- Accepts monthly and debit payments and processes credit cards.
- Uses basic computer skills in the parking revenue control system (add/delete accounts, key in required information).
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Valet experience preferred.
- Parking and/or hospitality industry experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to drive a standard transmission and operate various types of motor vehicles.
- Willingness to work in outdoor elements (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
