This is a customer-facing car rental, customer service, and sales position where you will help travelers with vehicle rentals, reservations, rental agreements, vehicle selection, returns, and optional products and services. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with car rentals, reservations, vehicle pickups, extensions, exchanges, and returns
- Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout the rental experience
- Explain rental rates, vehicle options, protection products, upgrades, and additional services
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling
- Complete rental agreements, verify customer information, and process transactions accurately
- Answer questions and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Inspect vehicles before and after rentals and document existing damage or condition issues
- Help ensure vehicles are clean, inspected, fueled, and rental-ready
