About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic advice and analysis in operational and technology initiatives
  • Prepare various technical materials including analyses, documentation, and procurement documents
  • Support senior roles in project pursuits, leveraging technical input to improve client satisfaction and success rates
  • Identify and engage with national and international associations for business development and industry recognition
  • Execute high-level projects with governmental agencies and relevant departments
  • Manage client relationships while championing the company's services within specific practice areas
  • Contribute to strategic planning and thought leadership initiatives in aviation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 12 years of relevant experience or Master's degree in relevant field and 11 years of relevant experience, or 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into strategies and actionable outcomes
  • Ability to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and decision-making discussions
  • Experience in airport operations and management, technology systems, GIS, and asset management
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse audiences including executive and technical teams

Location: San Francisco, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $225,746 – $360,607 annually
