Airport Agent Supervisor - SGU

As a Supervisor you will lead a team of airline professionals, provide an excellent customer experience, and help maintain an efficient, safe, and on‑time operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, set a positive work atmosphere for your department, and promote SkyWest’s guiding principles.
• Work closely with other supervisors to maintain consistent standards and a quality environment for employees.
• Develop, supervise, and oversee all cross‑utilized agents.
• Provide direction, guidance, and positive motivation for all station personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures.
• Constantly promote teamwork to achieve station goals.
• Attend company training classes as needed.
• Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel.
• Perform cross‑utilized agent duties as required.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid, unrestricted state‑issued driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong people‑relationship and employee‑relationship skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented; able to work under pressure.
• Understanding of ticketing, gate, and ramp procedures.
• Ability to lift 50 + pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Knowledge of SkyWest Airlines’ policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with partner‑dedicated computer systems.
• Commitment to promoting a safety culture in the station.
• Physical and other requirements: this is not a Department of Transportation safety‑sensitive position.

Pay

$14.50 per hour, plus override.

Schedule

Flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
