Primary Job Duties

As a SkyWest Supervisor, you will be given the opportunity to lead by example, set a positive work atmosphere for your department, and promote our guiding principles. Your duties will include:

• Working closely with other supervisors to maintain a consistent standard and quality environment for our employees
• Developing, supervising, and overseeing all cross-utilized agents
• Providing direction, guidance, and positive motivation for all station personnel
• Ensuring compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures
• Constantly promoting teamwork to achieve station goals
• Attending company training classes as needed
• Conducting briefings and meetings with station personnel
• Cross Utilized Agent duties as required

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license
• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrate strong people and employee-relationship skills
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Be able to work under pressure
• Have an understanding of ticketing, gate, and ramp procedures
• Be able to lift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Possess required knowledge and understanding of SkyWest Airlines’ policies and procedures
• Be familiar with partner dedicated computer systems
• Promote a safety culture in the station

Pay and Schedule

This is a part-time position, with a flexible schedule that includes split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The pay rate is $18 per hour, plus override.
