Responsibilities

Load and unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail on and off aircraft.

Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers all in a prompt and friendly manner.

Escort passengers and special-needs customers safely and courteously.

This position requires you to work outside in all weather conditions.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Have basic knowledge of fundamental computer programs for record-keeping and baggage routing
• Lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
