Airport Agent - DVL

Responsibilities

• Load/unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail on/off aircraft
• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers
• Escort passengers and special-needs customers safely and courteously
• Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area
• Service aircraft as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must have basic knowledge of fundamental computer programs for record-keeping and baggage routing
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be adaptable to changing priorities and time management skills
• Must have strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• This is a part-time position, starting at $19 per hour
