Sodexo Live! is seeking an experienced Senior Cook to join our culinary team at a premium airline lounge inside Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality breakfast, lunch, dinner, and specialty menu items.
• Execute recipes with consistency while maintaining exceptional flavor and presentation.
• Produce both hot and cold dishes using classical and modern cooking techniques.
• Assist with daily food prep, batch cooking, and production planning.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely while following all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Aid kitchen leadership by mentoring and supporting other culinary team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen that exceeds health and safety standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional culinary experience in restaurants, hotels, catering, airport lounges, or other high-volume kitchens preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
• Excellent knife skills and experience with a variety of cooking methods.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support fellow cooks.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to pass a TSA background check and drug screening.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed.

Pay

Competitive Pay: $27.00–$30.00 per hour
