Airline Onboarding and Onsite Support

  • Airline Onboarding Activities
  • Track Airline Onboarding Milestones, Action Items, and Deliverables
  • Coordinate Airline Site Visits, Terminal Tours, Workshops, and Airline Planning Sessions
  • Gather, Organize, and Distribute Airline Information to Support Onsite Access
  • Follow-Up Activities with Airline Representatives and Internal Stakeholders

Administrative & Project Support

  • Maintain Electronic Files, Databases, Trackers, and Stakeholder Contact Lists
  • Update Project Trackers and Status of Action Items
  • Prepare Meeting Agendas, Meeting Minutes, and Action Item Trackers
  • Perform Other Administrative and Project Coordination Duties as Assigned

Qualifications

  • Interest and/or Knowledge in Aviation, Airports, Airlines, Transportation, or Infrastructure Projects
  • Experience Using Excel for Data Tracking and Reporting
  • Familiarity with Project Management Tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Strong Organizational and Time-Management Skills
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Abilities
  • Detail-Oriented with Strong Follow-Through
  • Exposure to Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Comfortable Working in a Professional Business Environment

Education

  • Recent College Graduate Majoring in but Not Limited to: Aviation Management, Business Administration and/or Economics, Airport Management, Hospitality Management, Project Management Related Field

Where You Will Work

This role will be onsite and is currently located in Building 111 at JFK Airport. Certain duties will require you to access our construction site, and you will be required to strictly adhere to all company and site-specific safety guidelines. This is a local hire position. The company does not offer relocation packages or reimbursement for moving expenses.

As NTO progresses towards its operational phase, your role may transition to the terminal, where you will be directly involved in the day-to-day activities of this state-of-the-art international terminal. This role requires a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge, and CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection) seal, which will be obtained and maintained throughout employment.

Successful candidates will be subject to a background check and other security clearance procedures mandated by the TSA (Transportation Security Administration, CBP and PANYNJ (Port Authority of New York and New Jersey)). Candidates who cannot obtain and maintain this credential will not be considered for employment.
