Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain aircraft systems and components
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on customer aircraft
  • Interpret and work from mechanical engineering drawings and technical manuals
  • Communicate aircraft status clearly to team members and customers
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards
  • Maintain proper tool control and inventory of hand tools
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve complex mechanical challenges
  • Adapt to varying work conditions, including outdoor environments and overtime as needed

Requirements

  • Active Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with aircraft (fixed wing, rotary, or military)
  • Preferred: Experience with business aircraft

Qualifications

  • TN Visa candidates: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required
  • Ability to interpret mechanical and engineering drawings
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ownership of a basic set of hand tools with tool accountability practices
  • Ability to obtain required Ground Support Equipment qualifications
  • Ability to secure a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge (if applicable)
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and in varying weather conditions
