About the role

The Aircraft Wiring Systems Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of wiring systems in aircraft. This role requires extensive knowledge of electrical systems and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of wiring systems in aircraft
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Lead a team of technicians in the installation and troubleshooting of wiring systems
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to wiring systems
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of wiring systems to ensure safety and reliability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in aircraft wiring systems
• Proficient in electrical engineering software and tools
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
