Aircraft Systems Technician
Support the installation, inspection, testing, and integration of aircraft electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and avionics systems. Work from technical drawings, work instructions, and engineering documentation to ensure systems are installed to aerospace quality standards.
- Reads, interprets, and follows pass downs, work orders, isometric drawings, blueprints, work instructions and other technical and non-technical documents
- Receives and carries out directions from designated supervisors
- Participates in training, safety, and quality programs
- Keeps work orders stamped, dated and organized
- Electrical Harness routing & inspection, repairs & modifications, electrical soldering & inspection, electrical bonding & inspection, ground network installation
- Aerospace style electrical connection installation and testing support, anti-chafing wrap installation

Position Description
The Aircraft Systems Technician positions involve the execution of various electrical systems install, fluid systems install and general aircraft systems tasks. Aircraft Systems Technicians at all levels are required to follow directions carefully, have basic mechanical knowledge, manual dexterity, good eyesight and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous aircraft systems experience highly encouraged
- Ability to read, understand and follow work orders, written procedures, blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
