Aircraft Rework Mechanic (X-Plant A320)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is currently seeking a Rework Mechanic (X-Plant A320) to join our team based in Mobile, AL. This position is located in Mobile, AL.

Responsibilities

• Integrate components or sub assemblies to build up equipment or main assemblies.
• Use manual tools or machines in order to fit, repair and/or assemble parts.
• Assemble/ or dismantle equipment.
• Perform first level test.
• Perform first level quality inspection.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/ GED Completed vocational training (Mechanics/System/Avionics/Electrical)
• 2 + years of experience in related field

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in Aircraft mechanics and electrical rework or equivalent experience required
• Preferred: 5+ years hands-on experience in Aviation industry or equivalent manufacturing industry

• Physical Requirements: Vision, hearing, speaking, equipment operation, carrying, lifting, pushing/pulling, sitting, squatting/kneeling, standing, walking, and traveling/mobility
